| A deposit is required to hold a reservation. If cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to reservation date, your deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee. No shows or cancellation less than 14 days prior to occupancy will be liable for 100 % of the total value of the reservation (unless the cottage may be rented). | ||||
